The Christian Science church was founded “To organize a church designed to commemorate the word and works of our Master, which should reinstate primitive Christianity and its lost element of healing.” (Manual of the Mother Church p 17.)
Christian Science is based on the teachings of the Bible and the textbook of Christian Science “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures” by Mary Baker Eddy.
